History of the Enterprise
The history of the foundation of the Moscow Endocrine Plant goes back to the harsh period of the Second World War. From 1943, the Enterprise began to manufacture and supply medical products necessary for the needs of the front and rear.
In the post-war years, the Enterprise became one of the leaders in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms. In 1962, the Moscow Endocrine Plant received the status of an enterprise of the Union (USSR) subordination. The Noble deer is the history of the Enterprise. More than half a century ago, in the 1960s, a natural biostimulators made of maral’s antlers were introduced into production. From this time, the silhouette of the noble deer became the emblem of the Moscow Endocrine Plant, and was later adopted as a logo. Throughout the history of its development, the Enterprise was characterized by continuous introduction of the most advanced technologies and increase of technical level of production. This provided consumers with high-quality products, constantly expanding the range of medicines produced and responding quickly to the needs of the health system.
With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the industrial facilities for production of central analgesics and psychotropic medicines essential for the elimination of pain syndrome remained outside the Russian Federation. Their production was entrusted to the Moscow Endocrine Plant. The Enterprise managed to cope with this task in the shortest possible time, thanks to the personnel potential and traditionally high culture of production. In 1994, in order to meet the needs of all subjects and relevant departments of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Endocrine Plant produced this category of medicines.
